These Terms and Conditions govern the access to and use of yukibags.com The access to and use of this web site as well as the purchase of products on yukibags.com are based on the assumption that these Terms and Conditions have been read, understood and accepted by you.

These Terms & Conditions shall apply only to your purchase through yukibags.com website.

By placing an order through yukibags.com you must be over 18 years old and have the full legal capacity to make the transaction.

How to order with yukibags.com
In order to place an order for the purchase of one or more products on yukibags.com, you must fill in the online order form and send it electronically to yukibags.com, following the relevant instructions.

The order form contains information on the main characteristics of each product ordered and the relevant unit price (including all applicable fees and taxes), the type of payment that you may use in order to purchase each product, shipping terms for the purchased products, shipping and shipping costs.

An order shall be deemed submitted when yukibags.com receives your order form electronically and the order’s information has been verified as correct.

Before submitting your order form for the purchase of products, you will be asked to carefully read the general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

The order form will be filed in our data base for the time required to process your order and as provided by law. You may access your order form by clicking on the section called Order History in My Account.

Before submitting the order form, you will be asked to identify and correct possible input errors.

After your order form has been submitted, yukibags.com will process your order.

yukibags.com may not process purchases when there are not sufficient guarantees of solvency, when orders are incomplete or incorrect, or the products are no longer available. If the products displayed on yukibags.com are no longer available at the time of your last access or once yukibags.com has received your order form, yukibags.com shall inform you of the unavailability of the ordered products within 2 days from the day after yukibags.com has received your order.

If the order form has been sent and the price has been paid for items that are no longer available, yukibags.com will refund the amount paid for those items.

By submitting an order form to yukibags.com, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe the provisions of these general Terms and Conditions in your contract with yukibags.com. Should you not agree with certain provisions of these general Terms and Conditions, please do not submit your order form for the purchase of products on yukibags.com

By submitting an order form, you agree and accept these general Terms and Conditions as well as further conditions contained on yukibags.com, also through link Privacy Policy.

Upon submission of an order form, yukibags.com shall send you a purchase order receipt e-mail, containing a summary of the information related to the order form (products' main characteristics, detailed information on price, terms of payment and shipping costs).

Guarantees and Product Price Indication
The main characteristics of products are shown on yukibags.com on each product page. The products offered for sale on yukibags.com may not exactly correspond to the real garments in terms of image and colors due to the Internet browser or monitor used.

Prices are subject to change. Check the final price of sale before sending the relevant order form.

All products come with an identification tag attached with a disposable seal. Do not remove the tag or seal from the purchased products should you wish to return the purchased product.

Should you decide to exercise your right to return purchased products, yukibags.com has the right to not accept returned products that are returned without the corresponding tag or seal or that have been altered from their original status or damaged.

Payments
Payment of the product prices and relevant shipping costs must be made by PayPal.

By clicking on Conclude your Order in Review Order, you will be taken to the PayPal login page, where you can Log In, Sign In or as a Guest if you do not have a PayPal account. Afterwards you can authorize your payment.

yukibags.com does not store any financial information it collects for processing your order. This information is encrypted and passed directly to PayPal who process your transaction. Access to the PayPal interface is strictly controlled.

Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your PayPal order before your order has been sent, please contact us immediately and we will refund you in full without delay.

If your order have already been shipped, we cannot issue a refund.

Shipping and Delivery of the Products
We deliver to over 100 countries around the world.

Orders are generally dispatched within two or three working days after reception of payment. The delivery times for the order depend on destination country.

Attention, we do not deliver to PO Box addresses for security purposes.

Shipping rates depend on weight of your order and destination country. They are calculated by the shipping calculator built in our website.

Orders to countries outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. On orders to countries outside of the EU, we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. These additional charges must be rendered by you in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Sometimes the shipments may be delayed due to customs processing in the destination country or some other unexpected reason.

ctt.pt is our courier for all shipments. You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our warehouse.

Returns Policy
We hope that you are happy with your order from yukibags.com. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with it, you can return the unused items in original packaging within 15 days along with the receipt. Once we receive your package, we will refund the amount charged of the items returned. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the shipping costs.

We recommend that you use an insured or registered mail service when sending items back to us as we are unable to refund for items which are not received at our premises.

It is not possible to return an item in exchange for another.

Terms and Conditions of Return
The right to return products shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:

1. Please notify yukibags.com by email at sales@yukibags.com within ten (10) days from the date of your receipt thereof;
2. the products have not been used, washed, modified or damaged;
3. the identification tag is still attached to the products with the disposable seal;
4. the products must be returned complete and unused.
5. return items must be shipped back to yukibags.com within 15 days from the date the package was delivered to you.

Refund Times and Procedures
You may return products to yukibags.com by registered mail.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot refund return items lost in the post.

If you wish to return anything to us from a non-EU country, please note that you must complete a customs declaration indicating that the package contains returned goods. If you fail to do this, we are unable to accept any charges incurred in order for the package to reach us.

Once yukibags.com has received the returned products by mail and checked that the products meet all requirements, you will receive an e-mail that the returned products have been accepted and your payment will be automatically refunded.

Payment by PayPal: refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. The actual reimbursement to the credit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card.

Delivery charges are only refundable if yukibags.com is at fault. This involves the wrong item being delivered or manufactured fault with the product.

To return products we invite you to read carefully the email Return information before shipping your return package to us.
yukibags.com shall refund amounts already paid as soon as possible and in any case within thirty (30) days from the date on which yukibags.com becomes aware of your decision to exercise your return right. After having confirmed that the terms and conditions stated above have been duly complied with, yukibags.com will promptly start the refund.

If the recipient of the products indicated in the order form is different from the individual who made the payment for such products, the amount paid for returned items shall be refunded by yukibags.com to the individual who made the payment.

Governing Law
This Terms and Conditions are regulated by Portuguese law. Processing personal data must be conducted in accordance with the fundamental rights and liberties as well as the dignity of the person, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity and the right to protection of personal data.

The Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time due to new laws and regulations or other reasons. The new Terms and Conditions shall be effective as of the date of publication on yukibags.com
